STEM Ambassadors volunteer their time to support young learners via a range of engaging activities.
In London, there are over 1,500 brilliant and inspiring volunteers keen to support the STEM curriculum and raise awareness of STEM careers.
STEM Ambassadors cross all ages and backgrounds, representing a wide spectrum of different employers across the UK. Our Ambassadors include apprentices, climate change scientists, engineers, geologists and nuclear physicists. They help illuminate a world of opportunities and possibilities which come from pursuing STEM subjects and careers. They not only inspire young people; they also support teachers in the classroom by explaining current applications of STEM in industry or research.
